I have an odd cell phone and printer from one of my neighbors showing in the Surfboard Central app after running a scan. I would like to deny this IP or Mac device but I find no option to do so using the SB Central app. I could do this if I log directly into my G-36 modem using the web interface but right now I have Wifi OFF so that the W30’s on my mesh setup handle the devices in my home. Does anyone have instructions on how to knock unwanted devices off your channels?
When I get to the admin page, it says I've been locked out for to many attempts. I reset the modem/router to many times I desperately need to change the password.

Need to connect to 2.4 GHz to activate security camera
All light show on with the 5g and 2.4g Wi-Fi lights occasionally blinking no devices get internet when connected and the Wi-Fi lights start blinking haywire anytime you attempt to connect something I’ve unplugged in and plugged it back in reset it with the button on the back checked outlets checked cables for damage and waited hours nothing works
Connected to Spectrum, Activated modem, but now can only connect to certain websites. Google- mail and news are ok, as are a few others. Others sites like MSN, Steam, and most video sites if they do load, buffer and stutter. this happens on all devices attached to my network, ethernet and wi-fi. very frustrating.

i have a arris model# sbg7600ac2 i need to know how to use the 2.4ghz and 5ghz wi-fi at the same time. i have 5ghz for my pc and tvs in the house. i am trying to install a security system that runs on 2.4ghz how can i use both at the same time

Just purchased a USED Arris G-36 and initial setup was fine. I had internet connection and WIFI going to all my smart devices. 2 days later, I have NO WIFI coming from the modem it seems? Logged into modem and used the (Spectrum Analyzer) and it shows NO other channels/Mac SSID etc. around me in the hood. I have ethernet connected to my desktop and this works fine. I have already done the following: > Called Mediacom to ensure setup and that modem shows up on network. (Logs from modem show initialization and also shows them re-initializing on day I called them 2 days later after losing radio signals on device.) > Power reset > Modem restart of WIFI > Manual channel changes (still no connection to the smart devices) > Used EVERY option in Restart/Restore while logged into the modem Does this likely mean the WIFI radio software/hardware is no good? Should I return this as a defective modem? Or, is there something else anyone can suggest I try to get the wifi radio signals going?
