I want to change my wifi password and who is using my wifi?

When I get to the admin page, it says I've been locked out for to many attempts. I reset the modem/router to many times I desperately need to change the password.

All light show on with the 5g and 2.4g Wi-Fi lights occasionally blinking no devices get internet when connected and the Wi-Fi lights start blinking haywire anytime you attempt to connect something I’ve unplugged in and plugged it back in reset it with the button on the back checked outlets checked cables for damage and waited hours nothing works

Can I change the password to my modem?

Is there a way to limit wifi access from individual devices?

Trying to set up the cable modem but the mediacom web link the app requires me to go to don't exist

Outages happen on a fairly frequent basis for a few minutes up to around an hour but, the last couple of nights it's been for around 6 hours or more. It is not my equipment. I have tried bypassing my router. Connecting the Motorola SURFboard® SB6121 modem directly to my computer. I have also tried another working modem. The lights on both modems act the same. Green ON: Indicates power to the modem is properly connected Green ON: Indicates a downstream (receive data) channel connection Blue flashing: upstream (send data) channel Not lit: No Internet connectivity Blue flashing: computer/router is connected to the Ethernet 1000Base-T mode Periodically the lights indicate a checking sequence, Green Green Green Green flashing Blue flashing then returns to the combination stated above indicating no Internet connectivity. After about 6 hours or more the lights return to normal: Green Green Blue Green Blue flashing Internet service resumes without my taking any actions nor making any changes.

Two questions , unrelated. I have a single coaxial cable that runs straight into my SB6141. For a noisy exterior wiring, the cable guy insisted he had to test my modem ( it was already perfect, not broken) and then put on a splitter even though I don’t need one. I looked at the splitter model online and researched why I would need it. The reason seems very weak. And Arris states I don’t need it. Was the cable guy creating work ( maybe billing ) for himself? I think it was all nonsense. Any reason to upgrade my individually owned SB6141 modem? Is it old? If so, any suggestions and what will I gain? Thanks for the responses and the consideration, in advance.

Scanning the forums it appears I’m not the only one having issues with the shop but I’m trying to figure out how to cancel an order. I ordered an S33 yesterday but realized immediately my error and that I needed an S34 yesterday. I had hoped cancelling the order would have been possible, but so far I have not received an order number to work off of. Hello I have an Arris surfboard SB6141. I do not have the original box. I thought the network name and password was on the bottom of the surfboard but it is not. Can someone help me with this as I have used it to connect at work. Thank you

I ordered a modern on your site Arris Surfboard I didn't create an account and received NO order confirmation email. The ONLY email I received was one asking me to write a review for the product. I checked my spam folder. I didn't write down my order number I can see no contact information to get order status All I want is a receipt emailed to me and or a contact email

I just got my shiny new ARRIS Surfboard modem S34 and it seems to be working fine, but I cannot register it on the warranty site. Warranty Registration Fails S34 modem it says the modem’s serial does not match the model of S34.. this is total BS I expected better from ARRIS.

I want to source the dimensions or 3D file for the Arris CM3500 modem as my country will soon receive these as an upgrade to our governments broadband network, and I wish to start trialing out 3D prints for a rackmount.

I recently returned an item that was under warranty, for an exchange of a new item. I chose the option that would have Arris ship the item immediately, and they would put a credit hold on my card while they awaited shipment of the defective item. I returned the defective item immediately, and have shipping confirmation from UPS that it was delivered to their returns address. The delivery of the return took place well before the held charge would go through on my card, and yet I was still charged for this. I am unable to activate live chat for some reason, and the phone service is currently after hours. Has anyone else experienced this and/or how was could this be resolved?

Modem does not appear to be powered up. No lights on modem. No internet. Last night we had some power outages. Could that have caused the problem? What do I do? Any help appreciated, Rich Markovich

I am thinking having Spectrum as my Internet provider and they provide a modem but I was wondering if my existing equipment is compatible Surfboard DOCSIS 3.0 ( SBG6950AC2 ) Any thoughts would be grateful
