Installing my device with the mobile App

Arris G18 modem router combo I want to use it as a router Even after resetting it just blinks continuously and it is really hot I chose connect gateway, should I have chosen the other option? What can I do?

I recently purchased a G54 and W133s. I was able to set up to the G54 without issue. When setting up the W133s, I’m in the Surfboard Central app, and the place where it is supposed to “Add Satellite” or “Add Device” is missing from the app. After many searches, I’m still empty handed. I can’t find it anywhere in the app, anywhere in the web interface, or anywhere in the community. The app on the box of the W133s directs me to Surfboard Central. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Registered new G34 modem/router via Sufboard central. Worked fine. once I change SSID names, default passwords and make other customized network settings, the app no longer sees my device. I deleted the device and attempted to add it again. Went through fine and connected to new SSID. Then on the final step, a vague Error Code 0000-1612. only way to proceed is to factory reset the device which I won’t do again.

Hello, I recently installed my SURFboard device using the SURFboard Central mobile app and it's working great. I am interested in leveraging the data from my SURFboard device for real-time analytics and monitoring using Splunk. Does anyone have experience or tips on how to integrate the SURFboard device data with Splunk? I have referred to the link for splunk site is Getting Started with Monitoring Your Network I am looking for ways to export the device logs or data streams to Splunk. Set up Splunk dashboards for monitoring network performance and device health. Automate alerts in Splunk based on certain thresholds or anomalies detected in the SURFboard data. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!😊

I did a dumb and factory reset the mesh max plus router before removing it from surfboard central, now when trying to do the onboarding in the app the router fails every time it gets to the firmware download part. Giving me the above error code and telling me to reboot the router to download the file and if the problem persists, to call customer support. I have tried everything from deleting the app and clearing the cache and data to seeing up a new email in the app. I have also performed another factory reset, compels disconnected everything including the modem from each other and the power and booted up one at a time, following the install instructions for a new router. I am doing this at 1am pdt so can't contact support yet due to their hours. Will attempt when i wake up. This is very frustrating though as i had to perform the first reset because the internet slowed to a crawl and was fine from the modem and a power cycle did not fix the issue

Had the Internet peeps come out and they said everything was good to go! Tried to get my Modem/router to get things going and NOTHING!

I am at the very first step in the mobile app setup. It tells me my mobile device does not have internet connection. However it does have internet. I am at an impasse. Error code is 0002-1002. What is going on?

I have a G36, so I downloaded the SURFboard Central app for it, but I'm at an impasse with step 3 of the setup, "select your internet service provider", as my ISP (TDS Telecom) is not an available option to select, nor am I able to add TDS to the list of ISPs for selection. So, I can go no farther. How can I fix or work around this problem?

S/N 21C541334702536 mac F8790A27EA4D 10. REGISTRATION GOOD. App shows modem and router. If app is closed or another opened then surfboard app reopened, go back to #2. If add new satellite selected, pressing next does nothing. Restart router button works. Tapping WAN settings closes app then back to #2. Trying to create an account with Surfboard Central when setting up the connection with my network . I put in the email address and enter it takes me to the form where I enter my name and approve Arris to send promotions. No matter if I hit to SIGN ME IN or CREATE AN ACCOUNT I am taken back to the beginning of the form. It never lets me complete the account creation. I have been running Surfboard Manager and will be till I can figure out the problem ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Has anyone been able to get the Surfboard Central working. I got it working out of the box but as soon as I change the WiFi password it will not connect. 🤨

Odd you need location permission to be allowed during install? Are you tracking my location?

I have a fixed IP for my business and I need to assign it during onboarding but I can’t find the option to do this easily...

I am not seeing my product in the selection list - how do I start the install
