Recent purchased new ARRIS cable modem, It installed with a MAC and I have Windows 11. How to I correct this?

Hello. I’m trying to change my wifi password. I’ve been reading the online form to be able to achieve this. However. When I enter requested 192.168.0.1 it doesn’t load

When I scan the provided QR code, an error message pops up stating the password is incorrect. This is a brand new product.

We set the router up, looks like it’s working, but can’t connect to anything. What are we doing wrong?!

I just bought a weather station and want to connect it to house wifi. I figure the way to do that is on the Arris control panel. Tried using ‘admin’ and the Preshared Key, but I can’t log in. It is an older unit (2014-2015), from WOW!. SN: 9B72G168K500682

i’m trying to login to my arris so i can turn off wifi in order to set up a mesh routing system and i could login yesterday, but today the page is not loading. I’m getting this error message “The webpage at http://192.168.0.1/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.” Any tips?

Hi. I’m looking for an Arris cable modem that’s compatible with Optimum/Altice to replace the one I’ve been renting from them since I’ve had their service. I just need a standard modem with a telephone port, I’m not looking for one with built-in Wi-Fi. Optimum won’t provide me with any information, so I thought I would ask here. If anyone can provide me with some information, I would appreciated it. Thanks!

Very strange. Can NOT log laptops, ipad or either phone into internet. connects to router but will not get an internet connection. TVs are running fine on Roku connected to router/modem.All my ring cameras are running fine connected to router/modem. All connected devices show in router admin Client List but no internet on phones iPad or laptops the rest work fine Laptop via Ethernet cable to modem no internet.... I don't have warranty on my modem. The model number that I have is SBG6700-AC. I've had it for a few years. In the past, I've always used this IP address http://192.168.0.1 and was able to login into the router using admin and password to go in and change the SSID along with the password. For some reason whenever I attempt to log in with that IP address on my laptop or smartphone, I get the message: This site can’t be reached192.168.0.1 took too long to respond.Try: Checking the connectionChecking the proxy and the firewallRunning Windows Network DiagnosticsERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_O I really want to change the SSID along with the password. Is there another way I can change the SSID and password?

just bought an Arris Modem. I downloaded the app and it ruined my cell phone. I call the number for help. They are not open on Sunday. What company cannot provide assistance everyday. Can they not even provide AI? I will never buy their products again. $500 cell phone down the drain.
