How do I add another network on the app?

I have an S34 modem that is connected to a w30 mesh router that is located in the main floor of my townhouse.  Upstairs, less than 30 linear feet away, I had a second w30 mesh router to try to improve the signal on the second floor.  Sometimes, the app only shows one of the satellites, the one downstairs, with every device in the house connected to it, even though the LED light on the upstairs module is solid blue, it doesn’t show in the app.  Sometimes, it does, but still, all devices connect to the downstairs module.  Today, I tried to manage the network via the app on my phone, can’t do anything: MY DEVICES shows 00 online and there’s an error message at the top of the app screen that says “Access to your network is currently unavailable” and only one satellite is showing.  I went through the steps to add the second, everything went normal, but still the error message.   I tried to sign into the app on my iPad and everything looks the way it should: both satellites appear and for

How do you remove a device from your internet 

I have never been able to connect to the Surfboard Mobile App (Android).  Here is the error message:  “We could not make a connection to your Surfboard gateway.  This may happen because of the following reasons:  1.  The mobile device is NOT connected to the Wi-Fi network provided by the gateway.  Please use the mobile device settings application to join the Wi-Fi network provided by your gateway.”  There is also an error code 0000-1900. The problem is that I am connected to the Wi-Fi network provided by the gateway, which is the only Wi-Fi network that I have on my home network.   Please advise.  

Using the SurfBoard app, I can see my G36 network and some of the devices connected to the gateway.  In the top information bar it reports “Access to your Network is currently unavailable”.  This remains after reloading the app and cycling the power on the gateway.  I can log into the gateway with a browser.  There, I can see all the devices connected. How can I make the app work properly?

Parental controls aren’t working. I can still access bad sites  Can someone help 

I am receiving error 0000-1612 and cannot connect to Surfboard to obtain a password. I’ve turned the power off and on, unplugged everything and back in, and did a factory reset.  I’ve uninstalled the app, and I still cannot get in. I’m using a G20. DOCSIS 3.1

Using the mobile app it will not take my network name change or password. This is on either 5 or 2.4 GHz

Is it possible to update your email in the SURFboard Central app? Or do you have to create a new account? Changed my email address after a relationship went sour and trying to get everything up-to-date for everything that has my old email address. Any help would be appreciated.

I setup my modem using the app, and it worked fine.  The problem is I need to change the bridge mode on the modem, and when I logged in on my computer to the modem, it asks for my e-mail and password.  It says to use the e-mail and password that I use to login to the app.The problem is that the app only asks for e-mail address.  For some reasons, there is no password field.  I even logged out on the app, and then re-logged back in without supplying any password.The question is:  How do I retrieve my password (if any) that is needed to login to the app? Thank you

I cannot get past the Captcha part of the SURFboard app. It is giving the message that I am not putting in the correct characters. I tried multiple times and even had someone assist me to make sure we agreed on the letters/numbers we are seeing. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix?

Just got a new modem and this app, it failed to work with: Error code is 0002-1002 when hooked to my LAN but when I disabled WiFi on my phone it loaded properly.Much digging in my LAN security settings and logs discovered a hard coded DNS requirement for the Google DNS server 8.8.8.8 that was causing the error.Temporarily opening my security system to allow that connection allowed the app to function, Re-enabling the LAN security results in the original failure and error code.

I set up my router app with a pervious phone and now am having trouble connecting the app with my previous account. I don’t remember the password or the email I used to set it up. The router still works but I can’t connect to the app. Any way to retrieve the password and account email/username?

Previously the application worked correctly, now it no longer works, I already did a factory reset and I can't get it to work I need a solution  

I purchased a new modem/router combo but the old one still appears on my account. How do I delete it? It actually says NEW next to the old one.

I tried the “Enable single SSID” option on my SBG7600AC2 and then realized what it did so I tried to undo it. When I undid it, it forced all devices onto the 2.4GHZ option and even if I connect to the one that is 5.0GHZ on my phone or computer, it says it’s not connected to it through SURFboard Central and also my WiFi sucks now when connected to it. I need it to game and watch streams but now it messed up the quality. (Please don’t mind the WiFi names, it’s an inside joke 😅) (edit: delete image with SSID name)

Seems like the Surfboard Central app picks the wrong device as me and so when I run a speed test from the phone it says I’m running it from my TV which is offline etc. Anyway to fix that ?

Very frustrating trying to get the modem to work with XFinity. I am about ready to ship this piece of junk back. Spent hours troubleshooting it and still sketchy set up. Right now, trying to use the app and get to the point where it says ‘enter confirmation code’ but the app isn’t sending one. It baffles me why the instructions are not better and being many people use XFinity, should be a no brained. Take my money and produce bad products…
