mAX® Pro (W31/W133) | mAX® Plus (W30/W130)

I have a “Plus W130” and I can access the Surfboard app just fine. My network is set up fine. But for the life of me. I can’t figure out this Device Priority settings menu. Once I tap on Add Device, I see a list of … things and it wont let me scroll at all. I’ve discovered that I have to just keep attempting to scroll and on the .. 12th or 20th time I try, it might respond and then scroll down a little bit, stop again, then I’ll have to repeat the process. That’s annoying, but I can deal with it now that I know it will .. some times work. What I CAN’T deal with: …. why in the WORLD are there devices listed as “Device”??? What is this? Device? What does that tell me about what I’m trying to prioritize? NONE of these entries even match what I have listed in my devices menu. I have computers and laptops set up with their own unique names and I can verify their IP addresses and make sure all of that information is correct - but when I go into the Device Priority Settings and attempt to Add

On-boarded W31 with firmware up-to-date using latest surfboard central app. Changing LED settings in the app (slider to the right) does not appear to do anything. Unfortunately stuck on the lowest setting. Tried on Android and iOS app. Anyone else with the same issue?

Just bought a new S33 and W133 setup to replace my rental Xfiniti XiFi. I've got the S33 setup and finally can get to the Internet with my laptop and S33 connected to a managed Netgear switch. I connected the first W133 using the WAN port and no matter what I do the Surfboard Central app will connect to the W133 via bluetooth but will not get past the the connection to the Internet (again the wired connected laptop does). The error code is 0000-1303. I've run an IP scan on the wired network and only the S33, Netgear (mgt port) and laptop show up. I suspect the W133 is using the 192.168.7.0/24 space where the S33 is using the 192.168.100.0/24 space. Who's genius idea was it to put the startup IPs on different networks? I tried to setup my laptop to the 192.168.7.0/24 network to connect to the W133 via the wired connection but I got a message that says that the WebUI is disabled by default...another genius idea. SMH. How do I get the W133 on the 192.168.100.0/24 network OR get the WebUI

On the Surfboard app my S33 modem shows up under My Network, but my main & satellite W30 routers do not. Internet is working as expected.

I’ve installed the surfboard central application on my iPhone. This process was laborious as the W31 with satellite was push through the setup…. I would like to also install this same application to my iPAD but have been unable. May attempts heals the same result. Failure. I am not boarding a new W31 router but rather installing the surfboard central application to a second mobile device. Please help.

Is it possible to delete my Arris account and start fresh. I think original account is causing problems with surfboard central app.

I’m getting error code 0000-2212 when finalizing setup on w133 satellite. What does this mean?

My mesh network is working, and I’m connected to the internet, but the surfboard app cannot connect to the router.

I need to know if I can hook up a Netgear MS108UP (or other Multi-Gig model) switch to the W31 router. I have 8 wired devices in addition to Wi-Fi devices I need to provide Internet access to. Can’t seem to get a straight answer from any Tech Support [sic] so far, and the Internet searches just provide click bait and junk. The W31 is connected (or will be) to an S33 Modem. Thanks

Hello Community, i do have an dual pack W31 installed on my house, i wanted to add another mesh to expand the coverage but find out that the W31 goes a bit out of my budget, i saw the W21 in a lower price, will be this one compatible with my setup?

Can I setup my w31 2-pack as access points to my service provider modem/router combo? I have a wifi 6 modem from xfinity which if possible I would like to use the w31 as access points only.
