Max Pro AX11000 LED light too DIM

I have three (3) Surfboard Max Pro AX11000 devices. Two (2) I purchased several years ago and the blue LED status light rings are too DIM. I went into the app and pushed the slider all the way to 100%, but they are still too DIM. I rebooted them and the LED is nice and bright during reboot, until it reaches the blue LED at the end when they suddenly are very DIM again. The third unit that I recently purchased has a nice bright blue LED light. Any suggestions on how to get a brighter blue LED light, so I can easily check the status in a well lit room?

W130 - not connecting via Bluetooth

I am trying to reset my W130 router that I have previously set up. I am using a Samsung Tab A to do so. It is literally sitting next to the w130 and I am getting the 0014-1202 “Bluetooth Connection Failed” error. Bluetooth is turned on the tablet and right next to the router. I am using the Surfboard Central App. I remember when I first setup this router 3 years ago, I had similar problems getting it setup. I don't remember what I did to get it to work. What should i try to get this to work again?

INCORRECT PRODUCT IN THE W133 BOX

I PURCHASED A SET OF SURFBOARD W31 ROUTERS A FEW YEARS AGO. PERFORMANCE IS GREAT I FELT IT WAS TIME TO UPGRADE SO THROUGH AMAZON I ORDERED W133 ROUTERS THE ACTUAL UNITS THAT CAME IN THE BOX SAY W31 ON THE UNITS. IS THAT A MISTAKE IN BOXING?

Mesh reset max pro W133/W31

I lost power and internet. When the power came back on, the internet came back on, but not my wifi. I tried unplugging my Main Max and also tried re-booting it via the app, but nothing work. I still got a red light. Then I went for the reset button, and now I have a blinking orange light. Now I can’t figure out how to “re-install” the system. I tried removing the device using the app, but it is still there, and when I try adding a new device, the mAX Pro is not even listed as one of the options. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

W31 Power Adapter Replacement?

Hi y’all, In a random turn of events, our power cord to one of our routers stopped working today. I’m looking for a replacement. I’m sure this question has been asked before but I couldn’t find the answer. My setup is specifically model W31. I was going to go grab one off Amazon but I couldn’t find any that said 100-120V for the input - they were all 100-250V. Full disclosure, I don’t know beans about electricity but I *do* know that I really don’t want to screw up my router by sending too much power to it. … if that’s what input even means. Anyway. I’m sure it’s probably fine and I’m just being overly cautious, but I wanted to ask people who likely know more than me about this stuff. I did read where someone said to take the cord to my local electronics store to get a replacement, which I can do tomorrow, but if I can Amazon something and not have to go anywhere, well then. Any guidance on this one is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! P.S. Regrettably I’m speeding toward a year

w30 router appears offline in app but is working online

Does anyone know why, in the app, the W30/ax7800 router and satellite both show as “offline” in the app but are online and working with devices connected to them? The app is also showing that its connected in limited remote management mode but the device connecting to the app is on the wifi only with cellular turned off, does anyone know why and how to solve? Modem is Spectrum internet docsis 3.1; Hitron Technologies EN 2251. Thanks (ps I posted this previously and mistakenly indicated it was solved but it is not solved yet)

Power supply stop working.

I bought SURFboard MAX w133 in 04/22 in EUA so I configured the modem today (04/25) at my home in Brazil. One of these power supplies stopped working a few hours later on my first setup. I tested the modems and both are working. What do I need to do to get support to replace?

Enable loopback on w31 mesh router

I want to be able do loopback testing. I have a website I’m developing locally but I either need to test it on my own machine or from an external one but I can’t visit the external IP from my local machine.

W31 Router Connection Drop

I recently purchased a new W31 router and S33 modem to upgrade my home network and replace my previous COX hardware. Everything was going good until suddenly the router would start flashing white LED’s and drop all signal. The S33 at the same time remained Blue and connected. I have reviewed the settings and other community posts and am at a loss on why this is happening. There are no outages in the area and I haven’t been able replicated the issue. Has anyone else experienced these issues or may know of a solution to this problem?

Cannot log into Modem or Router

I have been trying and trying to log into my Arris Modem and Router. I have reset both numerous times and still get invalid user id password error message. Like the performance of the Arris modem and router, but it has been true disappointing pain trying to log into the modem and router to change default username & password for more security. I would also look at other settings, etc. Looking at others questions and comment this must be a pain for many users! I have used Netgear products in the past and never had issues like this logging into the router, etc. Arris you should be better than this!

W130 QoS/Device Priority list

I have a “Plus W130” and I can access the Surfboard app just fine. My network is set up fine. But for the life of me. I can’t figure out this Device Priority settings menu. Once I tap on Add Device, I see a list of … things and it wont let me scroll at all. I’ve discovered that I have to just keep attempting to scroll and on the .. 12th or 20th time I try, it might respond and then scroll down a little bit, stop again, then I’ll have to repeat the process. That’s annoying, but I can deal with it now that I know it will .. some times work. What I CAN’T deal with: …. why in the WORLD are there devices listed as “Device”??? What is this? Device? What does that tell me about what I’m trying to prioritize? NONE of these entries even match what I have listed in my devices menu. I have computers and laptops set up with their own unique names and I can verify their IP addresses and make sure all of that information is correct - but when I go into the Device Priority Settings and attempt to Add

Changing LED settings on W31

On-boarded W31 with firmware up-to-date using latest surfboard central app. Changing LED settings in the app (slider to the right) does not appear to do anything. Unfortunately stuck on the lowest setting. Tried on Android and iOS app. Anyone else with the same issue?

W133 Cannot Connect to Internet

Just bought a new S33 and W133 setup to replace my rental Xfiniti XiFi. I've got the S33 setup and finally can get to the Internet with my laptop and S33 connected to a managed Netgear switch. I connected the first W133 using the WAN port and no matter what I do the Surfboard Central app will connect to the W133 via bluetooth but will not get past the the connection to the Internet (again the wired connected laptop does). The error code is 0000-1303. I've run an IP scan on the wired network and only the S33, Netgear (mgt port) and laptop show up. I suspect the W133 is using the 192.168.7.0/24 space where the S33 is using the 192.168.100.0/24 space. Who's genius idea was it to put the startup IPs on different networks? I tried to setup my laptop to the 192.168.7.0/24 network to connect to the W133 via the wired connection but I got a message that says that the WebUI is disabled by default...another genius idea. SMH. How do I get the W133 on the 192.168.100.0/24 network OR get the WebUI

surfboard central application

I’ve installed the surfboard central application on my iPhone. This process was laborious as the W31 with satellite was push through the setup…. I would like to also install this same application to my iPAD but have been unable. May attempts heals the same result. Failure. I am not boarding a new W31 router but rather installing the surfboard central application to a second mobile device. Please help.

Connecting Switch to AX11000 (W31)

I need to know if I can hook up a Netgear MS108UP (or other Multi-Gig model) switch to the W31 router. I have 8 wired devices in addition to Wi-Fi devices I need to provide Internet access to. Can’t seem to get a straight answer from any Tech Support [sic] so far, and the Internet searches just provide click bait and junk. The W31 is connected (or will be) to an S33 Modem. Thanks

Can I setup my w31 2-pack as access points to my service provider modem/router combo? I have a wifi 6 modem from xfinity which if possible I would like to use the w31 as access points only.
