Hello Community, I just recently purchase a G36, because i like to have the lastest hardware available from Arris, when i purchase the G36, i do notice that were another device called G34 that is basically identical, which is the main differences in between these two G-s devices? 

Hello guys i just recently purchase an combo of Arris S33 + W21 mAX router, in the store they advice me to set up the S33 on bridge mode to install the mAX router, but am not able to find the Bridge mode on the settings of my S33

Hello all, and happy to be part of the new community!My most recent Arris product was the T25, and I was extremely happy with it as it was very dependable and trouble-free.Last year, I updated my home network to support multi-gig and was surprised/disappointed to see that I didn’t have an Arris option when it came to an eMTA with a 2.5 Gb (or higher) Ethernet port. Even now, I don’t see that Arris has entry on the market… any plans?

I have the SBG8300 and the surfboard central app, I want to setup some reserved IP address for some of my devices but I don’t see that option in the app. How do I reserve IP addresses for my 8300?

I recently switched my router, right now I'm working with the G34. I used to cast with my Google Chromecast with no issues but now that I changed my router, cast is not working. I haven't changed anything but my router. I also have a printer that is facing a similar issue but I'm not worried about that for the moment, I want a solution for my Chromecast 

I own an SBG8300 but recently bought a new router that provided better Wi-Fi coverage so I put it in bridge mode so I wouldn’t have two Wi-Fi signals broadcasting.  When I did that however, I noticed that the ethernet ports stopped working.  When I disabled bridge mode from the SBG8300 the ethernet ports started working again.  Does anyone know of a work around for this?
