I created a surfboard manager account with a different email, is it the same as this account?

I'm recently having frequent losses of internet connection with my Surfboard SB6121 modem.  These have been fixable (so far) by restarting the modem or having my ISP do a reset.   The log shows two error codes that happened at the times of these interruptions:  Z00.0 and R02.0. Please explain what these codes mean, and what needs to be done to fix the problem. ~ Thanks in advance for your help!~ Ken Winter

Can someone please explain the differences, advantages/ disadvantages of the g34 vs the sb8300. Thanks

I have W161 SURFboard mAX. Can I add a second one W133 satellite? 

I recently installed S33 to take advantage of Comcast 2G+ package. After a few hours with various teirs of comcast tech support, it was concluded that the S33 can’t be configured to work at the expected speeds.I have been a satisfied owner of the SurfBoard T25 and hoped the S33 would deliver the same satisfaction but sadly, this is not the case. Upload speeds of 5Mbps just does not do it. The findings were that a “Boot file” Comcast use to activate the CM reports itself as “INVALID”.Arris - please work this issue out with Comcast or stop advertizing the S33 as Comcast compatible so other customers are not misled.Thanks. 

Hi,I looked at the G34 and the specs for it before purchasing. The specs say WiFi speeds up to 3000 mbps. I purchased the device based on the speed and price. I just installed the device and activated it with xfinity. I have an 800 mbps plan with xfinity. While activating this unit xfinity informed me that the device will only produce 500 mbps. I don’t understand this. How can this unit say it has WiFi speeds up to 3000 Mbps and I can only get 500 Mbps?? Is there a setting I need to change to achieve the speed I have?  Thank you, Kent

I need the password for the SB8200 modem to get internet on my Apple I-Phone 13 PRO

I wanted to reset my Wi-Fi name and password.When I went to log into the SURFboard® app, it said That I needed to download a new app. When I went to download the new app, it said I needed to set up my Max router. But I have the gateway 10.Everything I read, said to do a factory reset of the router in order to get it to set up correctly in the new app. When I did so, it changed the name and erased the passwords of my Wi-Fi. Now I am unable to connect to Wi-Fi at all. I have work tomorrow. I have been dealing with this for three hours. And I may hurt myself 

Need a 5 port switch for S33 - W21 setup. Recommendations?

I’ve had the SBG6782-ACH for a number of years but lately have had challenges with internet connectivity dropping (streaming TV buffering, computer slow to connect, etc).  I’ve had Cox check out in-coming lines and found speeds in good working order.  So it seems that it’s time for a new modem/router.  I’m not a gamer, but work from home and need reliable internet connection.my question is…Should I just purchase another SBG6782-ACH?  I may be overpaying for my needs but it’s been a good unit, it just got tired and started to break down.

There is no security code, I also need help setting this up. Any help?

Hello, When I set up my surfboard system with the mAX 21, I remember that I selected the option to combine the 2.4 and 5g networks. Unfortunately, a smart device I have refuses to set up with this configuration. I can’t seem to find the option to separate the networks, either in the app or in the options in the 192.168.0.1 menu.  Thanks

I have forgotten username and password for the mobile app and don’t see a reset link. I will eventually need to reset the router password.

I have the SBG8300 and I’m trying to activate modem but I don’t have a Ethernet port on my laptop. 

I have 2 houses. I bought a SBG8300 for one of the homes in January of 2024. It works great so I bought a second SBG8300 for my other home March 1st. It works fine but I want to change the password and am having trouble figuring out how to do it. I have surfboard manager from the first modem but cant log in.

Just discovered that even though my printer and TV operate, via WiFi, neither is connected to my home network, which is running 5G. While trying to connect my HP printer, the router Pin # was requested off the label. Everything that I see does not qualify as the Pin #. So how do I connect my devices?

Just got a G34. Two problems. The first and worst is the dropping internet after a few hours. This happens on both 2.4 g and 5G networks. Once I reboot I have internet connection again but once again it will drop after a few hours. I have followed the instructions and checked the cable power ratings and they are all within the appropriate range. Problem number two: I initially attempted to change the Wi-Fi network and passwords to my own but once I did I could not connect to either 5G or 2.4 g networks even when using confirmed correct passwords. Once I did factory reset I could connect to the networks again.

When accessing the web interface of my SBG-6700AC gateway at 192.168.0.1, instead of the login screen, I get a blank page with the text “Invalid host header.” How do I fix this error and log into the the gateway?I’ve tried restarting the modem, but I still get the same error.
