Does anyone know why or have any suggestions as to why this portal takes forever to login to?  Surfboard app as well trying to access GUI through it.  When I make changes it takes forever to complete.  I have already factory-reset the router three times.  I have never had this much trouble.

My HP Photosmart 6520 printer will not connect wireless to my G34. I enabled “allow all” on my filters and I manually added it using the MAC address and it still won’t connect. 

Is ther any product available that ican handle faster internet speeds than the SVG2482-AC, I need wi-fi, router and voice enabled. If not available in one machine,what do I need ? Xfinity keeps sending me notices that I my modem can not handle the speeds I am eligible for.

I placed an order for S33 Modem on Surfboard website and got only a order # after payment on the website.  I have not received any tracking # email or confirmation of my order via email.  I can’t seem to find any email or phone number contact I can call to help me with the order and it’s fulfillment.I ordered selecting 3-5 business days delivery options and paid $9.99 as well.  So it should have arrived already or at the very least an email tracking that it was shipped. Can anyone point me to where I can find some help on this? Thank,

For some reason none of the devices show up on my app so I am not able to pause/ remove unwanted devices. Please help

I have a G36 with Xfinity, purchased in 2023, been working fine. Two or three months ago, started noticing connection issues, everything would be disconnected from the WiFi network, I could restart it remotely through the app and it would start working again. The odd thing, is that it always says “your device is connected” in the Xfinity app, and their tech support says they see no issue.it’s been happening more often, and now when restarted, it often shuts the WiFi network down again after 5 minutes or so. Can’t always do it in the app, have to go upstairs to unplug it. Ethernet cable plugged into desktop, that network goes down the same time as the WiFi. Had Comcast reprovision it, and a tech came out to check, signal strength is showing no issues. Also have tried the factory reset button. Didn’t help. the odd thing is my wife works from home, and after weeks of dealing with it in the evenings, she had her first issue during the day. Is there a secret to clearing / releasing all clients previously connected to my SBG8300?I have performed a factory reset before, however everything previously connected reappears in the connected client list. I want to make sure that I have no Rogue clients connected without my knowledge.Thanks in Advance

Got my G36 up on X-finity only to have it intermittent loss of internet connection.Reading the threads it looks like this is an ongoing issue with G34 - 36 for over a year. Reverted back to my older Arris, plan on returning my G36, and research if Netgear has same issues.

Need to RMA a SB8200

My wifi has been seup for about two years now and I had no issues logging in with the old app. But now whatever I try, the new app doesn’t let me migrate because it thinks I’m not connected to the network even though I am. And the only other options are to “activate the network” which it has been for a while.

I currently have the SVG2482AC with my Xfinity account.  Xfinity notified me that I have faster internet speed but this router does not support the higher speeds.  What would be a good, low cost replacement for this router?  I need the same features as I plug a business phone into this router.  I don’t have any issues with this router and wondering if I should just keep or upgrade to accommodate the higher speed. Thoughts and recommendations??Thank you!

Today I called Arris Surfboard Tech Support to inquire about updates for my SBG8300. The agent’s false and totally untrue answer:  “Your Internet Provider provides updates for your Surfboard modem”. Thus insinuating that I am an ignorant buffoon, which I plan to deal with later.Question: How do I receive software updates for my modem?

Hello I just got this wifi internet router, and internet service is through spectrum I hooked it up and it acts like it wants to connect but then says no internet, then says I have to activate with a laptop, I don't have a laptop...I called spectrum they told me I have to talk with the people associated with ARRIS sbg7400ac2 router so I don't know what to do I need help with setting this up please and thank you, I feel like I've wasted my money I don't own or have a laptop to activate the router, please if someone could reach out to me and help me with this I'd be so grateful, thank you have a blessed day/night.

After activating my G34 modem I went to 192.168.0.1 to change my password and checkout the interface.  Now, a couple days later, I am unable to log in with my new password.  I get the message-invalid log in credentials. I’m sure my password is correct-what I changed it to.  User name remains admin.  What do I do?

I recently purchased a Surfboard S34 modem. It works fine without issue. I downloaded the Surfboard central app and it is not really helpful. I cannot see what devices are connected to my router. Additionally, when I use the admin page 192.168.100.1 there is no place to view the connected devices. Does anyone have any suggestions how I see this information?  Thanks in advance.

Have a Arris T25 cable modem with Xfinity 600mbps Internet/Voice plan.  I have a Netgear 6400v2 ac1750 router and everything runs great. I want to replace the Netgear router with a mesh W121 MAX ax6600 (P/N WR00ZAE21DB) which I have two units as one will be a satellite. I run the Surfboard Central App and follow directions (power down modem and router, modem cable to WAN of W21...) and go through the setup process fine until I get to end where it wants me to connect to newly created SSID which I called (Buddie’s) with my new password which I entered 100% correct. Can’t connect to the WIFI and am thrown to the Xfinity activation screen. W21 router blinks green and white at this time and when I checked Xfinity app to activate T25 modem it says I do not have an Internet plan when I do (Message from Xfinity app: (“You need xfinity internet to continue” exit activation). I did a chat with Xfinity and had them activate the modem but still couldn’t connect W21. I tried this with both w21 unit

I recently purchased a G54 and W133s.  I was able to set up to the G54 without issue.  When setting up the W133s, I’m in the Surfboard Central app, and the place where it is supposed to “Add Satellite” or “Add Device” is missing from the app.  After many searches, I’m still empty handed.  I can’t find it anywhere in the app, anywhere in the web interface, or anywhere in the community.  The app on the box of the W133s directs me to Surfboard Central.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
