Hi,Up until recently, I have been able to access the modem info via a browser using the IP address.  Recently I have been unable to do so.  I have tried all the IP addresses listed on the internet without success.  I have used both chrome and safari.  Sometimes I get a message saying the site is not secure, but even when I click “go to site” nothing happens.   Please help me access the modem setting for my SB6141 on my macbook pro running Sonoma 14.5.  Thanks

I've had the same modem for 4 years, never had an issue, yesterday my xfinity streaming device froze so we turned everything off. Now I can't get anything to connect to our network. When I search for available networks it shows up and all lights on the modem are blue, but nothing will connect to it, on my phone and computer it asks me to sign in and when I click that it takes me to a link for xfinity that says I need to activate my internet. Talked to 3 different people who all have different answers and that everything looks good to them so a tech will come out in 2 days. Anyone else ever have this issue? Do I need a new modem?

Hi,I would like to pair again 2 VAP2404 devices independantly from my Internet Box. Is it possible ?Those 2 units were originally paired out of the factory.Suddenly, for an unknown reason, there were no Wifi signal coming out of the Access Point one.I decided to reset the 2 units to factory settings using the Reset button.Then I tried to pair them again using the WPS buttons.Is that right ?Apparently it does not work.What can I do ?Many thanks for some help

I have to remove four Systimax 2.0 jacks from a patch panel.  These jacks click in easilu, but I cannot remove them to save my life.  I’ve tried a small screwdriver on all sides of the jacks, but they will not come out.I’m on a time crunch with this project, and I need to remove the jacks by Thursday.  If there’s a tool I need to order, I’ll need to do it today.Thanks!

So xfinity was in our neighborhood and they sent a notification saying there would be a service interuption and would be restored by 6:30am the next morning and that came and went then i called xfinity and they said it should be resolved soon and it never did so they sent a technician and he couldn't figure it out the only thing he could come up with was that it was an issue with our router/modem but it couldn't be because our router is brand new. So he got a wifi router from his truck and hooked it up and it worked. So i don't understand how. We have never had a problem with our modern before so all of the sudden after xfinity did something it didn't work anymore.

I need to be able to login to see what devices are using all of my gigabytes. But my login and password won’t work.

I have spectrum internet at my lake house. 8 years ago installed a SB 6141, working great until last few months. now intermittent disconnections. I am guessing that the modem is likely outdated, and I need to upgrade? does this make sense?
