Problem with return of Arris modem-router This is in regard to the following Customer Service request: Case Number: 2402-05003 RMA Order Number: RMA-3578 I also replied to the email that I received regarding this issue. After talking with Customer Service about my dysfunctional Arris SBG10 modem, I received a return authorization email. However, my printer had ceased to print, and (I don’t know how) somehow the return authorization disappeared. I had hoped to send it to my friend for her to print, but I could not find it anywhere--including my Trash. I got caught up in renting a modem, and let the issue slip.
