eMTA - Voice enabled Modems & Wi-Fi Modems

I’m searching for the replacement plug which has dual prongs to plug in back of modem.  All searches bring up single prong plugs stating they’re compatible. Does anyone have suggestions?Thank you

T25 will not show up so I have no service. Xfinity says it's working but I can't find it to connect anything to it

Xfinity technicans said today we should update are modem because its 8 years old.Is there any truth in this information, and if it’s true which one should I purchase.

I am replacing my Xfinity modem with the Surfboard. The direction call for an Ethernet connection for installation. Will this type of installation mess up my wireless connection? 

I changed provider to get a good deal on my internet connection, so same network but a new modem. Since changing provider to companies that uses tg34 modems, I have had frequent short dropouts in the connection. When I recieved my tg3442 modem from the new provider this has gotten much worse. Looking in the modem logs it seems as the internal dhcp server whenever this happens makes changes to the ip addresses used even when a static lease is configured. I’m tired because I have to do my homework for college and I need wifi and internet to do these I would appreciate any help.

Forgot password how can I reset

I connected my T25 to Comcast finally and it’s working very well except that I do not have phone service yet. Do I need a separate connection with Comcast or how do I get the phone to work? 

svg2482ac -  the wifi password is not reset to the word  "password" after resetting the gateway by disconnecting the power source, waiting 15 seconds and then re-connecting the power source. 

So I factory reset the router last night. Now the default password and user will not work that I found on the bottom of the router. Ive factory reset multiple times and still nothing. Tired doing the 30-30-30 method and I’ve even used the preshared key and still saying incorrect user or password.

My T25 is supposed to accommodate up to 800 MBPS. Xfinity assures that they’re providing 1000 MBPS, but I get  only 400 MBPS. Please advise.

SVG2482AC - online light is blinking

i recent bought a Arris T25 cable modem pn 613587-003-00. The included power supply Ktec Ks051867 plug does not fit into the cable modem power input. I tried looking on the Arris support website for the model number of the ac adapter but could not find it. The ac adapter is 12V 2.5a so should work. Any help would be much appreciated.

ARRIS TG3442 does not logged in ( first time, just installed)

We have a customer who has this unit. We are noticing problems with this LTE Router Internet Gateway.  We have multiple devices that will randomly not be able to communicate with our AWS servers. No matter what we do the only thing that can get the units back online and communicating is Resetting the NVG558HX to Factory defaults. It appears it is blacklisting these devices, however, there is nowhere in the router settings that shows our devices are blocked. they show that they are connected. I really need to speak to a tier2 or 3 agent if possible. 

Hi, I have a reciever from Mtel (CommScope Arris VIP7300) that uses tech4home Notus M1 remote. It has some app Branded from Arris and provided by CommScope to configure the remote to integrate with the TV but the app errors out with code 5003 or 5002 and i cannot program the remote and the support line is unable to help me sort this issue out?  Commscope forwarded me to contact you for help.Thank you, 

My modem (svg2482ac) works fine for surfing the internet, as well as for my landline. My printer, however, is looking for a WPS connection in order to connect to the modem. I have tried restarting the modem completely from scratch and then pressing the WPS button on top of the modem. The WPS button will blink for about 3 or 4 minutes and then turn off. What am I doing wrong?

Hello.  I have an old Arris TGI672G from Spectrum.  Can anyone confirm for sure whether this is just a modem or a combo modem and router combo?  Thanks in advance!  

There is no way to contact surfboard except for your website. Your website is NOT helpful. Nothing except plenty of ads for new products. Support the one's that you distributed already!!You need live tech support if you are going to sell inferior products that DO NOT connect to the internet!Do not purchase if you have Xfinity..I never did connect after hours with Xfinity tech support!

Greetings! I own an SVG2482AC modem. My company is requesting that I change the primary DNS server. I just want to know if it's possible, and if so, how to do it. I called the technical support desk and was quickly told that I needed to buy that 30 second answer. I've never experienced this before, but it has been a couple of years since I've called the Arris company. So, I'm wondering if I might find the answer here. I can log in to my settings, but not able to find where I can change the DNS servers. Thanks for your thoughts.

My TV is connected to the local network but unable to connect to the internet while trying toinstall SVG2482AC

My cmac number has a letter o in it. My cellphone is not letting me type or input the letter o. It only lets me use the number 0 which is incorrect. What can I do?

I connected to xfinity and can't locate my username and password on the wifi, it has a different username and I need my password 

Wifi name is different from one on modem, xfinity needs the right username and password to connect the internet for me

Hello, I am trying to connect to zscaler for work and am currently not able to. My ISP says they do not block any ports so the only other thing that may be blocking the connection is the modem. Is there a way to find out if the modem is blocking the connection?
