eMTA - Voice enabled Modems & Wi-Fi Modems

Hello, I am trying to connect to zscaler for work and am currently not able to. My ISP says they do not block any ports so the only other thing that may be blocking the connection is the modem. Is there a way to find out if the modem is blocking the connection?

After I type 192.168.0.1 in my browser then it sends me to the login. The username is already typed as admin but when I type the preshared key from the modem it says its invalid 

The manager app is connecting to the WiFi gateway but won’t let me log in to my account to be able to change passwords and everything? It keeps saying network connection lost even though I’m still connected

Comcast provided me with two phone numbers. On my previous Arris modem they could configure the modem so both phone numbers were accessed thru one jack on the modem. Comcast claims this is not true on the T25. Must I use both jacks on the modem in order to have both phone numbers?

I am using Sparklight and considering stopping the lease on their Arris DG1670. This is an old modem/router. Any recommendations for a newer model. the speed I am using is up to 300 GPS. I would need the WIFI to be 2.4 GHz N + 5 GHz AX.If I continue my lease with Sparklight they would provide a  Hitron Coda 57. I have not had experience with the HItron. Any thoughts?Any feedback would be appreciated.

For a newly installed SBV3202 with Comcast, everything is working great for both internet and voice but there’s one remaining irritating problem: regardless of Comcast voicemail status I get a stutter tone before every dial tone. Comcast tech came out and we could not clear it, including communicating with the central office who reprovisioned the modem, reset all features on the headend switch, and we of course power cycled the modem. We also tried it with the battery installed and without.More details: Battery LED is always off, I get reasonable text on the modem’s CM State page of “No Status Reported” and with the battery in it shows a Battery Serial Number and Part Number. The SBV3202 manual says on p. 21, “The SBV3202 will transmit a two-second stutter tone when the battery level is low.” But I don’t think it’s low (Batt LED off, modem works fine when I pull the plug). Again, I tested this both with battery IN and OUT.Has anybody else experienced this, or any more

AT&T is scheduled to install an Arris BGW210 modem in my house. The modem was designed and manufactured by Arris for AT&T.Would you please let me know if the modem has any P65 Warnings? if so, what part(s) of the modem have the Warning, where are those parts located, and are there any measures a customer can take minimize the potential risk? Hi so i have a Arris DG3270A/NA router that was given to me and i Can't even logging in the webGUI cuz i think the webGUI credential username and password was changed please reset the webGUI credential username and password to factory default on DG3270A/NA router

I purchased a T-25 at Best Buy on June 5, 2024 and successfully activated for Internet and phone service with my provider. Today I returned home and all of the lights were off on the modem and I didn't have Internet or phone service. I tried resetting use the button on back but nothing. Can you provide any other troubleshooting advice or instructions for repair/replace? Thanks

I have a DG3450 and I’ve downloaded all 3 apps and none of them work with this device. Does anyone know which app to use to manage this device?

I received a used t25 modem from a realtor friend of mine. I do not have have access to the password, and I don't see it anywhere on the modem. Is there a way to reset it without having the old password? Thanks. 

Previous svg2482ac taken out by lightning.  Replaced with same router, was able to activate it with Xfinity but cannot connect to the internet 

what router to purchase that is compatible with the T25 modem

As of 2 days I am unable to connect my I-phone to SVG2482ac Wi-Fi. All the lights are on and it is displaying Online. X-finity Tech Support informs me that the modem needs to be replaced. How can I check if what X-finity says is true? Also, the modem seems to be slow and dropping devices.

Hi. Really odd one here. I had a new router around 2 months ago. Changed the ssid to match the old one. Been working fine for the last 2 monthsThe last few days they have all being playing up, but I can't understand why.“There is a glitch”, “something went wrong”. “Your device is not set up”(but it is)We have 3 google home, 3 gen 1 minis and 2 gen 2 minis. All playing up.I've removed them all from home, reset them all. Re connected them, but I'm getting the same issues. Router is Arris NVG578LX, ISP is youfibre.I can't see any setting to change in the router. No AP isolation.Any ideas please.

I have Xfinity(comcast) and the phone suddenly stopped working in touch-tone mode.  Press buttons but dial tone continues as if no buttons were pressed.  Reconfigure phone to Pulse-Dial like the old rotary phones and it works fine.  Of course in this mode I can’t get to my voicemail and it is very annoying to wait for the numbers to dial.  I have replaced the phone and xfinity support is clueless and doesn’t even know that there is more than on dialing mode.  I am not sure if this is a xfinity responsibility to auto recognize which dialing mode is being used or a gateway responsibility.  Can anybody confirm?If it is a gateway responsibility is there a configuration parameter or is it auto and simply failing now?

Svg2482ac won’t connect to the internet.

Transferred service to my own modem but having trouble connecting to the internet.

Been without wifi for about a month, my dad hasn't reached out to our provider as far as I know and I'm not sure if the cables leading to the house are alright. The front of the modem has two lights (one for power indication and one for internet connectivity). When working correctly, it should have two solid blue lights. The internet connectivity light (the bottom one) is blinking on and off blue (and has been for about 3 weeks.)We have a splitter setup that splits the coax cable into two that go into the cable box and the modem. I've tried disconnecting from the splitter and going straight to the modem and it still doesn't work. Router appears to be working just fine, and I've already tried rebooting, unplugging, letting the modem and router cool down, anything you can think of. It may be just a problem with our provider but if there's any tips or things I can try it would be appreciated. 

So I went into my surfboard central on the app...brought me to the ip address which brought my account up, I disabled the internet/wifi..because u know when kids are home for days and don't help..you give it to them where either hurts lolol..anyways I hurt all of us...I can't get back into the account. The ip address comes up and says I have no internet..well no kidding..I need some help on how to fix all that .Only did that bc the parent section only allows 4 devices to be blocked 

My SONOS speaker won’t connect to my WI-FI.  MODEM is ARRIS TG1682 which has been discontinued, so is no longer supported.  From Sonos I understand it needs to be reconfigured from 802:11AC to 802:11BGN.  Apparently Sonos has upgraded so previous connection no longer works. Any ideas on how to proceed?
