I am receiving a massive number of “Correctable Codewords”, billions in short time period.  Additionally IPv6 is unable to successfully negotiate.  It would appear that there is no way to completely shut down the IPv6, but I believe that is a secondary issue.My ISP is Sparklight. I’ve contacted them numerous times over the past few weeks, however since I own this modem, they claim that they can’t help, even though they point out that they do see some packet loss.  The only thing they seem to be able to do is verify or perform a firmware upgrade. (I’m not sure how they are allowed that but can’t do anything else).Sparklight had previously replaced the cable between the pole and my house, and adjusted signal levels.  I finally got them to send a Sr. tech out this afternoon but not holding my breath on a fix.It’s a little disappointing that this modem, after being on Sparklight’s recommended list and only being a couple of months old is having such problems with connection.  Is it Sparkli

We have Xfinity 500 mbps using an s34 and a netgear mr60 mesh system. Rarely get more than 250 mbps

My SB8200v3 no longer works it only has power light & no others on.Called Cox cable & the tech checked signal from the neighbourhood underground “riser” to the modem. He replaced/ upgraded the cable from the side of the house to the modem.  He then installed a cox-cable modem & it worked like a champ. The tech said it is definitely a bad modem, I have to agree.I even tried the reset...The modem is 9 months old and I would like to return, how do I start the process.

I am pretty certain I know the answer but wanted additional validation. I purchased an Arris S34 because my old Motorola MB8600 was having some issues and figured I might as well go with the latest with improved uploads. Initially the Arris S34 worked great and I was getting upload speeds of 320mbps which was impressive but would then lose connection after 30 minutes and rarely reconnect on a power reset. After dealing with Xfinity offshore level 1 tech hell for several days I had another tech come out to my house who indicated the tap box needed to be replaced. I reconnected my MB8600 and ran the Spectrum Analyzer. It's noisy and uneven. Around 400 MHz and again near 950–1000 MHz. Hi, I had my surfboard SB200v3 connected to a secondary device called a Gryphon. I want to disconnect my Gryphon and just connect to my Wi-Fi using my Arris. But when I go into my WiFi settings on my phone, I don’t see any account that might be my surfboard. What am I looking for? What will it be called? If I have to manually add the account which numbers from the bottom of the device am I supposed to add in?thank you!

All 4 fail to light leds despite showing “active” on the admin screen. What an I do to fix? I have already done a factory reset to no avail

My SB8200 kept losing connection and now will no longer reconnect. I have went through the power cycles, hard resets, and replaced the coax cable. It feels like it’s running hot in-spite of being out in the open and has been moved away from everything. I have xfinity gigabit internet and was told that it was compatible.  What can I do to get this modem replaced as I haven’t had it that long

I can’t find my SS ID

Hot to the touch. I can barely pick it up in summer. I have it sitting on my A/C vent with the furnace fan running 24/7. Temps read over 100 degrees F. Is this normal? It DOES affect my internet connection, signal get dropped and is very slow at times.

Any downloaded software for a PC computer running Windows 11?

We have the arris modem, which is not sending a good signal to our back camera, alarm company suggests an extender.  Reviewing the reviews of the arris extender, they are mostly not excellent.  We wanted to stay with arris since our modem is arris but have concerns based on the reviews.  Can you offer any details, information, positivity.     Our arris modem is perfect, we replaced Xfinity with the arris and are super pleased.

Is the SB8200 compatible with AT&T DSL internet?

Arris router- SB8200  Hey everyone, I’m trying to use my company VPN for my work computer with Cisco. I keep getting an error message saying my current location is restricting access to the internet, well I know my internet is working fine and when I talked to my provider they mentioned it could be the router. Does anybody have an idea of why I need to do to allow my company VPN to connect to the computer 

I have a SB8200 and use to have wow as my SP. Well I now have spectrum and it is still showing wow on the aris app under device details. How can I correct this?

I know this has been reported by others, but I am unable to see what the solution was. The G36 Web portal interface is extremely slow to log in and respond to switching menus or making changes, it often comes back with “Connection to Gateway Lost”.  The modem is connected to the Cable provider (Spectrum) and internet speed is not a problem.  I am unable to use the Mobile app because when I try to log in, it reboots he modem.  The modem has been factory reset numerous times but the slow login / management is still a problem.  I have tried both wired as well as wireless, different devices and different browsers but all have the slow responsiveness.

Xfinity did a two week upgrade to infrastructure in our area and since it has been completed, my SB8200 goes down 5 or 6 times a day, typical for 10 to 15 minutes each time.  Xfinity is telling me that the modem may no longer be compatible with the newer signals.  I have a tech coming, but not sure what that will do.  keeping up with technology is always a moving target.

I have an S34 modem that is connected to a w30 mesh router that is located in the main floor of my townhouse.  Upstairs, less than 30 linear feet away, I had a second w30 mesh router to try to improve the signal on the second floor.  Sometimes, the app only shows one of the satellites, the one downstairs, with every device in the house connected to it, even though the LED light on the upstairs module is solid blue, it doesn’t show in the app.  Sometimes, it does, but still, all devices connect to the downstairs module.  Today, I tried to manage the network via the app on my phone, can’t do anything: MY DEVICES shows 00 online and there’s an error message at the top of the app screen that says “Access to your network is currently unavailable” and only one satellite is showing.  I went through the steps to add the second, everything went normal, but still the error message.   I tried to sign into the app on my iPad and everything looks the way it should: both satellites appear and for th

Have installed a G34 modem/router and have experienced delayed or interrupted online service.  When using service provider "loaner" equipment, we do not experience those issues.  The provider referenced similar problems other customers with G-series equipment had.  Has Arris recently pushed firmware either causing or correcting this issue?What are my options if this issue continues? 

I purchased a SURFboard S33v3 modem a few months ago, but recently it frequently drops connection. I have tried multiple resets without success. My ISP confirmed that the line is fine and the issue is with the modem. After swapping the modem, my internet has been stable, which further confirms the S33 is defective.I would like to request warranty support for the S33. However, when I try to submit the request on the warranty page, it keeps saying that the model does not match the serial number. Could you please assist me with this issue?
