The doorbell camera will not connect to wifi.  I need help configuring my Arris Surfboard SBG7600AC2 to work with Eufy Doorbell Camera.  I have done extensive research to make sure all other potential issues are handled.  In my research, I found specific guidance for configuring my router, however, after reviewing the Admin screens I can’t figure out how to apply the configuration details.  Here is what’s recommended: Temporarily disable the firewall settings on your router and ensure the following ports are allowed:TCP: 80, 443 UDP: 0-65535 Add the following P2P Hole Punching server IPs to your router's allowlist:34.235.4.153 18.223.127.200 54.153.101.7

Multiple Level 1 Technicians have promised a callback from Melvin, Supervisor for Arris Technical Support Tier 2 Team, for several days on end. No callback has been received. Arris has been shipped back an S33 modem with power cord for a full refund per that agreed upon, but no meaningful response has been received from Arris. The Arris case number is 2412-06033.

I just bought my G34 off of Amazon. Got it set up and opened the website to establish my network. It took me to registration and then said its already registered? 🤔 and the 800# that the page gave to call for support then hangs up on me! 😠 Not a good way to start a relationship when I just decided to move to your company after Netgear send EOL notice for my last modem/router. So how do I get my purchase registered? ❓

How do I check the Internet history on a arris nvg468mq? Also, is there a way to check text him that is going through on a phone if someone is using the arris nvg468mq Wi-Fi router? Lastly, if there’s somewhere on this website where I can download a manual for the arris nvg468mq?

How do I go about changing the network name and password on my new G34? I’m connected and have logged in to the site, but don’t see where to make those changes?

I got a new S33 modem because my old one the SB6190 seems to be failing because the internet speeds are all over the place. My router is the Orbi AX4200 or RBR750. The highest speed I was able to attain on the old modem was 750mbps but it’s usually around 500mbps. Optimum service is 1gbps.The S33 is activated with my ISP Optimum but it won’t handshake with my router AX4200. The light on the front of the modem is blue.What am I missing?Your help is appreciated.

How do I connect a wifi extender to my G34? There is no WPS button 

My G34 GUI device list shows many devices which Windows 10 nmap shows are currently down, and at least one currently nmap up device doesn’t show.  How does the G34 assemble its device list?  Can I improve it?

No internet- Solid blue lights for online & WiFi. ISP came to house confirmed strong signals on all lines. I Factory reset the modem and lights never changed. Plugged into different outlet, same. Can not connect to internet, any assistance would be appreciated :)

I PURCHASED MY OWN MODEM FOR XFINITY, ARRIS MODEM MODEL# SBG7400AC2. IT HAS BEEN WORKING ALL THIS TIME, NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS NOT CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET. I CONTACTED XFINITY, THEY STATED THAT I HAVE A STRONG SIGNAL, BUT THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION. IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW DO I FIX THIS WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY AN ARM AND A LEG.

I currently run a SBG8300, and I wanted to add some more range to my network.  I purchased a combo that come with an A21 and W11.  I tried using the app, but when I go through all the screens to log in after saying I’m already activated, I get an error code of 0000-1612.  Any way I can get around this?I can connect to the modem with a desktop using the 192.168 etc, but I can’t find anywhere to add the A21.  

This is from my Surfboard Central App(Edited personal information)I entered the exact credentials as shown in the WEBGUI  Login Credentials image.  And this is my my Web Portal's response.   I'm useing Win 11 and Chrome, but I also tried M.S.  Edge and got the same response.So What do I do now.  P.S.  I hate using phone apps.  The print  is too small and it's too easy to fat finger the keys.  

I am a previous owner of an SB6183 and an SB6190, I have had no issues with accessing the web portal manager with these two modems. I am on the same router (TP-Link Deco S4) I used with my SB6183 and SB6190.  The difference at my end is: 1, I upgraded my Spectrum package from 400mbps to 1gig. 2. I purchased the SB8200 modem for the DOCSIS 3.1. Is it something at my end that prevents me from using the web portal access (192.168.100.1)?  Or is this a known issue that Arris is working on a fix? 

I'm trying to set up this Surfboard Modem/Router - I got it activated and am on the internet. I go through the setup process in Surfboard Central and get to the registration part (meaning I logged into the internet, connected my SSID, and then the next step), I get the above error. If I troubleshoot, it tells me to relaunch the app and try again, then to restart the gateway and try again. I’ve done all of these many times at this point and get the same issue at the same point over and over. It tells me to call support… I have called the number a dozen times and it disconnected right away - nobody even picks up even though I’m in the support period. I can’t register the device to access what I’m sure is a warranty of some kind to be able to access live chat support. Like… it should NOT be this hard and I should be able to talk to someone to be able to access the device I now own. It’s not like this was cheap.  The only thing I can think is that when you launch the app, it says you have

Why is the W31 router not listed in any of the device setup menus if it’s not an outdated device?I restarted my router through the surfboard central app and it’s now stuck on blinking between yellow and blue, indefinitely. I manually restarted the router, unplugged it for 1-3 minutes. I held down the restart button for 30 seconds. I pressed restart in the app again. I can’t re-add the device because you’re not listing it in any of the device setup menus so I can start a new network from scratch. Why would you do that?

The WPA3 security setting is incompatible with my Sleep Number bed, making it impossible to establish a wifi connection.  I try to log in to 192.168.0.1 so I can change it to WPA2, and it tries to redirect to a secure site but then fails.  Does anyone know how to get around this?

when setting up my network, there are instructions to allow the "SURFBoard-Onboarding' wifi network and then to add a second secured network. i would like to secure them both. how do i do this?/

When first setting up the SVG2482AC modem to work with Xfinity/comcast, I loggen in to 10.0.0.1 using “admin” and “password.”  When it prompted me to change the password, I did using the same password that I used on my old Arris TG862G modem (which I have physically written down in my password book.)  After logging in again using the changed password, I renamed both WiFi networks and set new passwords for each.  During the (very long) time it was taking Xfinity to get the internet working, I logged in to the modem using the new password at least two more times, visually confirming that the password was exactly as I had it written in my log book.   After Xfinity gave up trying to get the telephone line to work (everything else worked fine), they scheduled to have a technician come out.  Why they couldn’t get it to work puzzles me, as it worked just fine (for over 10 years) with the older Arris TG862 modem.  The next time I tried to login to the SVG2482AC modem, it said the password was

Set up S33v3 per the instructions.  Called internet provider and gave MAC ID.  Light on surfboard was orange, then blinked green, then blinked green and blue.  Cannot get solid green light.  Have repowered and reset several times.  Can never get past blinking green and blue.
