I purchased the wrong modem by mistake can I return it for a refund  order #59472 I have already purchased the right from you.

I connected my sgb10 as directed using the coaxial cable and power. All indicators show stable internet connection but when I hardwire with an ethernet cable to my desktop, I received no internet connection. Additionally, the Wi-Fi network is available but has no internet connection

Setting up the SVG2482ACAfter having followed the instructions as to how to set up, I cannot connect to the Internet. Upon looking at the front of the modem, the 2.4 GHZ light is blinking. All the others are solid. Help!Thanks!

I’m trying to add a Smart Life app gateway to my 2.4 network. It fails each time. The directions ask that I ensure MAC filtering is turned off. How do I turn MAC filtering off? When I sign in and navigate to it, my choices Allow, Deny & Allow All. None seem to work.

What does it mean when the two blue lights and keep flashing on this modem(sgb6700-ac)? i have tried to reset this network settings but it hasn’t work. I have also tried hard resetting.

My problem is that I purchased a SB8200 by mistake on 5/8/24 couldn't stop the purchase in time so I purchased the right one the SVG2482AC on 5/10/24 I received the 8200 today 5/15/24 can I return the 8200 for a refund I haven't received the other one yet.

Hi, I have a new Surfboard sbg8300 modem. I have 20 renters who regularly connect to it. Rather than have to tell everyone the new modem name and password I’d love to be able to set it to what it used to be. How do I do so?

How do I get the max download and upload speed out of my SBG8300

My G34 is limiting access to just one laptop. Its the laptop that I original setup the network on. This seems to have happened randomly. Contacted my internet provider and they see it the router connected and are able to ping it. Connecting devices through ethernet works fine. Everything has looked fine on the IP site and the WIFI has a green check and shows the one laptop, but no other devices are able to connect. I’ve restored to factory default settings but that doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions?

I recently purchased a SB8200 modem. upgrading from a SB6183. I live in a very poor cell reception area. Without Wi-Fi calling I would be in trouble. Hence my problem trying to activate the new modem when I need to disconnect the old one, no service then. My original modem I think I had to activate from my previous address then bring here, can’t do that now. any suggestions?

I’ve searched and don’t seem to be any clear way to submit a warranty claim for my G34 Gateway. The support site says to come to here, but then there isn’t any way to start a support chat. All it says it’s available. I had to switch back to my old modem and separate router since the Wi-Fi wasn’t showing any internet connection. No problem connecting to the Wi-Fi, but no internet connection from router to the internet and this is even after factory resetting the G34 Gateway.

Hello, My ARRIS S33 modem stopped working unexpectedly (solid amber light then light green light and high pitched noise). I purchased a similar modem and tested its power cord on my modem and it worked perfectly with the new cord, so the original power cord was faulty. Since my modem is still under warranty, I want to request a replacement power cord free of charge. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks!

Apple laptop & I phone seems to drop signal on g34.  all other devices seem fine.

I would like to set up my wc4s mesh network with wired backhaul. Currently I have a SBG8300 modem/router, and ther WC4S with 3 units. Is the best way to accomplish this following these steps:Set SBG8300 to bridge mode > Connect WC4S Main with WAN to SBG8300 > Connect (1) WC4S satellite unit via ethernet to LAN port on WC4S main  There is only (1) available ethernet port on the WC4S after connecting it to the modem, does this mean only one satellite can be hardwired? Or, am I able to wire all satellite units directly to an ethernet port on the SBG8300, and have them all broadcast the same wireless network? 

I have recently purchased Surfboard G36 and found that I needed to cover more sq feet.  So I ordered the twin mesh W130.  My question is, can I add the two mesh W130s to the G36 and use them as extenders?  If so, I’m having a difficult time getting them set up.  As I navigate the app I keep getting error messages hooking into the internet.  

I recently purchased a G54 modem/router and have been connecting my devices.  However, my Samsung TV about three years old will not connect to the WIFI.  All my other devices seem to connect easily.

How can i check which devices are using my modem and how much internet data each device is using?i used to work from home till Dec of 2023, and now that i don’t anymore, i figured my data usage will drop, but it’s doubled since Jan of 2024. My ISP (Comcast/Xfinity) are unable to give me the info because I’ don’t have one of their Modems, and Surfboard couldn’t help because my warranty expired a yr ago. Side note: I have a suspicion that it’s because my roommate has been on Discord ALOT lately, but I don't want to stir that pot till i know for sure. 

Should Wi-Fi light be blinking on modem when connected

I have had an Arris Surfboard sbg7600ac2 for about the last 3 years, everything has been working fine until this morning.My connection kept dropping out on my connected devices and when I would go check the router, all the lights were off except power.It would restart and bring all lights back on, and all devices would connect then after a couple minutes it would turn off again and the modem would drop back to just the power light, then restart again. Over and over.I've unplugged the modem for several minutes then turned back on, same problem. I've reset the modem to factory settings, it works for a little longer then same problem. Running firmware 9.2.103AA85 Any help would be appreciated.

I have forwarded port 22 (ssh) on my new g34, and it seems to work well for a time. I am able to establish an ssh connection from inside or outside my network using my public ip (ssh user@publicip) However, after a seemingly random amount of time, I am no longer able to connect to the forwarded port using my public IP from inside the LAN. Connections from outside the LAN continue to work fine (phone on 4g, other networks, etc...) and connections made using the local ip inside the LAN work fine. The issue only occurs when devices attempt to connect via my public IP while connected to my LAN.The same issue occurs on all forwarded ports. They work for a time, then stop. The biggest issues are caused by “port 80” being blocked. This prevents me from being able to access the website I host from home while using my computers at home. This is a major problem for me because it makes it difficult properly manage and maintain the website.Using the local IP when at home is not a sufficient soluti

Guten Morgen, kann mir hier vielleicht jemand sagen, wie ich den Router und somit das Wlan für eine gewisse Zeit ausstelle ohne den Router ausschalten zu müssen?Gibt es die Möglichkeit eine Zeit einzustellen “von-bis” das Wlan an ist? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe 

Hello all,  Odd one that I’m hoping people here can help me troubleshoot. I’ve got some services (Jellyfin, Nextcloud, etc) running on a home server behind a reverse proxy. Normally, I access these servers at [service].[mydomain].com. Currently, on my LAN, this is not working. If I try to access the services outside of my LAN at the reverse proxy domain, they are working, and if I access the services directly by IP and port, they are working on my LAN. However, within my LAN, they are not accessible at the domains. Since the services work and the reverse proxy works outside my network, it seems I’ve got an issue in the network itself. I’m using a SURFboard G34 which I’ve only had for a few weeks. I have looked in the router WebUI and nothing seems amiss, but I really don’t know what I’m looking for. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
