Yesterday we kept getting an error message saying that we inputting putting the wrong password on our both our cell phones and both our iPads. My phone confirm that we had the right password, but it will not let us log on. What should I do next? 

When will this New G54 Cable Modem and Router be available for purchase in the USA.  

Hello community! After a firmware update, default password for the device control panel was changed to default WI-FI PSK. Current user manual guides to check default PSK from the sticker attached to the device. This device does not have such sticker. How can I regain the control over the device as firmware was updated and I ended up not having access to my router/modem? Many thanks for the answers!

So long story short , i was tinkering with a old model of an arris router from my local isp , it was showing some slow speeds between 1 to2 mb and the owner is paying for 50mb So i saw something about natted mode or  bridged mode somewhere in the management page and clicked Briged and it rebooted right away without it asking for a save Now its back up and only one device can be connected at a time , the speed is better but all the other devices on the network are without internet1st obvious solution is to connect to the modem manually but i don’t have access to that, its locked in a room Somewhere So my question is , is there any other way to access it wirelessly, it doesn’t go by the 192.168.xxx anymore it legit has random ips now  , and the gateways for those don’t work Thanks in advance for any help 

All my  Ring alarm, laptops, Alexa and direct Tv have no connection.  My modem has all the lights on that should be on but the devices don’t connect. This happens about 3 times a day. I have factory reset and have to reset at least three to four times a day. Help please right now we have over 30 devices connected. Just with ring it’s 22 

Modem SB8200v2 is supplying internet but no wifi. Dark blue light on modem is lit. What is my problem?

I’m renting an Arris DG3450 modem/router from my internet provider for $13/mo.  Any suggestions on purchasing a replacement?  Should I simply buy another Dg3450 is there an updated version I should consider?  I’m on a 1-gig plan and I use an Eero mesh device to extend reach around the house.  

How do I initiative a warranty claim? The unit no longer has power after about 7 months of usage. Tried troubleshooting and nothing is working. 

I loggined in to the default gateway and was not able to find MTU. I was not able to change MTU on my Arris SVG2482AC router. Please advise. Thank you in advance!

Woke up this morning with no internet. We lost power briefly in the middle of the night. I went down to check and the router had no power. I unplugged it and waited about 5 minutes and plugged it back in and it still did not work. The ethernet port in the back still has the great green light on however, but i nothing else seems to be turning on.

I connected by modem to my Apple computer and in the network settings it shows it connected. But it is not connected to the internet

Have to admit my Arris TM 1602 is now several years old. I have only one active phone number assigned to Tel 1 Jack, I started picking up static problem, and from debugging, it appears to be the Tel 1 Jack (could be more, but can not tell. The Internet has no issue) I would like to move the active phone number from Tel 1 jack to the Tel 2 jack to see if that fixes the problem… How can I do that?

Arris SBG10 port 9010 not remaining unblocked.  After 30-60 minutes, the port is blocked again but the port forwarding rule is still active in the router settings.The port is open for a security camera DVR.   I open the port through Firewall - Virtual / Port Forwarding.  I have the added the static IP address of security camera DVR in the port forwarding area.The port is re-opened when I click “Detect IP” in the security camera DVR settings.And then it stays open for 30-60 minutes before being blocked again.This is a new router and the old Arris router 6580 was working fine with this security camera DVR.I have tried changing ddns and the same issue still happensI have updated the firmware on the security camera dvrI have called Arris tech support and they said I’m doing everything correctly to unblock

can i use my phone hotspot for connecting my surfbord  ? i cant seem to find the setting SBG700AC

I had to disconnect the connections to my modem for an hour. Before I did my lights were both blue. I did not notice the color of the Ethernet connector in the back. After reconnecting my modem my two lights are now green and the Ethernet connector is blinking amber all the time.Is there something wrong? We have internet and wireless connectivity but is it the best or strongest as it was before I disconnected the wires?

I recently got one of these modems through some Facebook group from someone that didn't need it anymore. I'm trying to set it up and do a factory reset in order to get it to work with my internet provider, but this is frustrating to say the least. If there is a number I can call for direct assistance, I'd prefer that.  If not, my problem is I can't get to any of the online web addresses the ANA tells me to go to because my phone doesn't have older browsers. Seeing as that's step two in a factory reset, I'm really at a loss.
