Why can't I access the wireless part and advanced part on my router? The wireless tells me I'm already logged in but I'm not and nothing is there to look at and I have to have the password of the day for the advanced side. I have a ARRIS DG3270A Router

Allow loopback G34 NAT loopback

I host a website on my lan, and have the new arris g34 configured to forward the appropriate port range. However I cannot reach the external site from inside my LAN. Someone suggested that this is due to loopback restrictions on the g34. I can’t find a control point for any setting like that. Is there one?

Unable to access internet through direct connection in SB6190

I just purchase this modem on amazon for my spectrum account. When it is plugged in it powers up goes green then the middle two turn blue. Tried two different cables connected directly to computer and it wont communicate? Any ideas, thanks

Intermittent connection issue with G36

Xinfinity indicated that my G36 has an issue with communicating with the G36. sb6190 connected but no internet

My sb6190 was working fine until midday.  Long story short, internet provider said my modem was functional and online.  Problem is, when connected to the wifi router there's no internet.  When connected directly to my laptop (ethernet cable) still no internet.   All the lights are solid and either green or blue.   Anyone have an idea?

Problem with factory reset - Surfboard SVG2482AC

I recently bought this modem secondhand. It’s out of warranty.I can’t do a factory reset. Tried holding down button for 10 seconds, 30 seconds, tried unplugging and replugging, even tried the ‘30-30-30’ method (hold reset for 30 seconds while powered on, continuing 30 seconds while powered off, continuing 30 seconds while powered back on), nothing worked and the network name will not drop off / return to the original name before the first owner set it up (i.e. ‘Arris-3010’ etc).The guy I bought it from is very tech savvy and wondering if he made some kind of change to it to prevent factory resets. He changed the password on the 10.0.0.1 page from the default (which is ‘password’) and doesn’t remember what it is, so I can’t change the modem settings that way.When I press the reset button, the modem does reboot after 10-15 seconds of holding it down,  but the network name does not reset, and the admin/password credentials don’t reset.It’s important to me because I need to change the netw

Arris Surfboard SBG8300 2Ghz connection issue

Every time I need to connect a home device to the 2G connection it is a frustrating experience.  Most of the time I have to keep trying over a period of days and then finally it connects  -- and thankfully -- stays connected and reconnects following power outages just fine.  BUT I can’t go on like this having to repeat this process when a device needs to be reset.Here’s what I have discovered with my Orbit Sprinkler Control WIFI Hub:Connecting to 2G band, on entering Surfboard WIFI information, app just spins forever.  Never connects.Enable Hotspot on my phone, on entering WIFI information, app connects immediately. Enable guest network on Surfboard, on entering WIFI information, app just spins forever.Enable guest network on Surfboard, on entering WIFI information with on-purpose bad password, connection refused in a couple seconds.Enable guest network on Surfboard, disable authentication completely, on entering WIFI information app connects immediately.So … what’s the problem with th

Repeated random connection resets with Comcast/Xfinity cable voice modem T25

I am on my 3rd Arris T25 install in the past 3 weeks. Each install works, shows on the Xfinity app as connected, but randomly resets with loss of connection for 2 to 5 minutes each time.Can go several hours without a drop, then drop randomly between 5 minutes and 30 minutes between events.System was working perfectly with the Xfinity leased voice/wifi/cable modem. Nothing changed other than replacing their modem for the purchased T25 non WIFI unit, .I have always used my own WIFI router.  This driving me nuts and no support from Comcast other than trying to send a tech for 100 bucks / visit to analyze my end.. As an engineer, replacing a perfectly  working system/modem with another modem means my system is 100% normal, unless the spec on the Arris T25 is remarkably different from that of the Xfinity modem. As the T25 is approved for use by Xfinity, what the heck is going on?Thanks

Unable to login modem gui SBG6782

I’m trying to log into the web manager of my arris surfboard SBG6782 but when I put in the username of the wifi and the original password it just keep saying it’s incorrect and try again and this is after I factory reset it. If anyone can help me out to find the password /username anywhere on the box it would be great!

sbg10 - no internet connection

Good Morning! I have an sbg10 that I installed in place of my xfi gateway. When I plugged it in, all devices worked fine.I went to bed and woke up the next morning to my phone and computers saying no internet connection available but it was connected to my arris network. I plug in my xfi gateway and the internet works, I plug in my arris and everytime now it says no internet connection but I can connect to the arris network.I had the modem for about 4 or 5 years now, never had a problem with it. I'm having g the issue now in a new place of residence. I guess it could have failed but is there anyway to run tests. I feel like it's a xfi issue like they have this modem locked out for some reason, is that a thing? Also...if I plug an ethernet cable into the modem and the TV, the ethernet connection does NOT work as well. Thabk you Jonathan

SB6190 Modems Connected to Teleste CMTS All Drop After Receiving DHCP

Having issue where all modems drop off the CMTS and the logs of the CMTS indicate the Cable modems departed. Few questions: What are the common reasons modems will go offline and require a hard reboot to bring back online?Can you download the logs off the Arris Modems via remotely? if yes how can this be done typically? if no what is the console setting for these and the cable connection requirements?

send/receive light blinking SBG6950AC2

The send receive light is blinking on my device. In the book it says it's does that when it's updating the modem but it's been over an hour now. And it is still blinking. I have power down the device a couple times and nothing has worked.

Unable to connect to webmanager page of SBG10

Cannot connect to 192.168.0.1 no matter what device I use.I just performed a factory reset on the router. I can connect to wifi using default SSID and Wifi security key. However not able to change them. Please help me how. the app doesn’t seem to work at all. It doesn’t even recognize that my device is connected to the router via wifi
