why is it saying limit reached when it was working all day

Please provide me with a link of the battery back up that I can buy. Where does the battery back up need to be connected to?

After this storm my wifi name and password reset. It will not let me change it back. I need this fixed. 

I’ve been having this nagging issue ever since xFinity did some kind of local maintenance in my area and my internet connection keeps dropping out. Some times it will be up for a few hours, others just 1-2 hours but always drops just the same.I have included some images from the logs. I bought the Arris Surfboard SBG7400ac2, and it was great, but then the app stopped working completely. Now I can't log in and I can't manage any preferences or options for the router. How can I get in and manage preferences and options if the app doesn't work anymore?

I am getting this error code when trying to set up my app with the SBG8300.  I have not changed the network information as this is a new device — This is the first time trying to set up. Device is receiving and transmitting as all devices in the home are connected using the temporary SSID on the label.  What is the issue?

How can I change the password that came with the product?

It's obviously an Arris problem at this point. Wifi works 5 minutes then drops here on Sparklight as well. Beyond frustrating. Anyone recommend a different manufacturer wifi modem? I'm over Arris. LAN connections never drop FYI. 

I replaced my WIFI modem with the SBG10. I can no longer print directly from my iPhone or iPad. Research indicates I need to activate the bonjour service or zeroconf. I cannot find these options anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have an SBG7600AC2 surfboard. I am trying to reset my password and customize my network name through the web manager.  However, when I enter in the “old password,” I keep getting a message that the old password is incorrect even though I’ve inputted it in correctly numerous times.  Please help.  Thank you 

Is there a firmware update (yes, I know the ISP, (that refuses to support me, or keep things up to date) pushes it) to enable Ethernet WAN on the DG3450 (SBG8300 has it, and it’s the same thing) 

Hello, I recently posted in this community regarding my Arris G34 router modem not connecting properly to my apple TV and Xbox One. I received an automated helpdesk response with troubleshooting steps. I followed the steps, and the issue is still occurring. At this point I would like to file a warranty claim to get the unit replaced, as it appears I have a lemon. How should I begin this process?  

How to set parental control on my Arris SBG7600AC2 . Nothing that I have being reading works . That’s so sad  that you buy a product and as soon the warranty  ended no more technical  support . 

Just got done installing a new G34, and ran into an issue during configuration…On the “Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Networks” admin panel, I enabled Band Steering because I don’t want to hassle with multiple SSID’s. Tested a bunch of devices with this, and everything works fine.Now, I also want to completely disable the two Secondary and two Guest Wi-Fi networks. However, when I do so Band Steering also returns to disabled status.I thought to disable SSID broadcasting for each of them which would have been better than nothing, but Band Steering becomes disabled when that’s done as well.Am I going about this wrong, or is what I’m trying to do impossible? I’m aware I could set the Secondary and Guest network passwords to some off-the-wall value to secure them, but that would only be a workaround and obviously not what I’m actually trying to accomplish.Thanks in advance for any advice!

I forgot my password on the app and there’s no forgot password link 

I am unable to add profiles, which mean I have to use global exclusions (which it doesn’t appear to have a way to remove them once added). Is there a way to fix the app or is this not a bug? I have a Samsung Galaxy 23.Not sure why none of this functionality was made available in the gui or for a Windows pc.

I started using the G34 about a month ago and now I am experiencing "unstable network connection" errors and being dropped from meetings and other services.My network speed tests around 500Mbps.The drivers have been updated. The wifi channel has been changed. I've done all the things recommended that I've read here so far. I specifically got the G34 because it was recommended and on the approved list for my I SP (Sparklight).  What's left to do? Is this normal? Is there a better modem?

how do i log into my arris G34-7A49 to check the setting are correct?

I have sbg10 wifi model, I am trying to setup wifi configuration. Plugged in ethernet cable to my laptop and visitied 198.168.0.1 and entered the password shown on the modem under admin username. it is showing incorrect password or locked due to multiple tries. I tried hard resetting too but not working either.Can someone guide me on how to setup the wifi config ? also looks like the device is out of warranty period for free support.

where do I  find the latest firmware update for the Arris Surfboard modem SBG-6782-AC?

I am trying to change the password and it asks for “old password”. I assumed this was the word “password” that I used to login in under “admin”.  When I fill in all the boxes and click “Apply” it says the old password is incorrect.  I tried entering the WIFI Security key of the unit and it didn’t like that either.  What is the old password?  Thanks.

I see posts that the Browser warning will be fixed soon, posted 6 months ago.I’m on Chrome Version 115.0.5790.171 (Official Build) (64-bit)Is there a time when this will be fixed. Follow up question, how am I able to change my router’s name/password/etc, if I haven’t set a password yet on 192.168.0.1?  It asks “Forget password” but I haven’t set one yet, and an email hasn’t arrived, after 20 mins of waiting.  I was able to join this community faster than configuring my home wifi.  I registered my device.  I see posts of “username and password are defaulted to Admin/password” however 192.168.0.1 does not accept those credentials. Need help getting setup. [update] I found on my own that in the app, you can update the router details from “Network management”.  The documentation that came with the router needs to be updated. There isn’t anything on/in/with the router directed me to use that tab at the bottom of the app.

I logged into the web interface, there are three headings at the top of the page: “Configuration”, “Operation”, and “Logout”.  When I try to log into the Operation heading it asks for a password and the password for the web interface doesn’t work.  Any idea on how to get a login/password for this area?  Thanks
